My sculpture reflects an intense relationship between myself and the material with which I am working. Whether it be in clay, wax, marble, or even working digitally, I bring the same love and passion into every piece. I deeply enjoy the technical and engineering challenges of sculpture -- the engineering of a piece is just as beautiful as the aesthetic design. I also love sculpture because it is the most hands-on and intimate form of creating art, bridging the gap from the conceptual realm to the material world. I'm constantly inspired, surrounding myself with toys, comics, new technology, movies, cute kittens, cartoons, and sculpting tools.
